ผลงานในปี 2012 ที่ได้รางวัลรองชนะเลิศจากการประกวดจิงเกิลของ ProPlugin : Jingle All the Way II Live
แนวคิดในการทำงานคือ มาจากโจทย์ของจิงเกิล ที่จะเล่าเรื่องอะไรก็ได้เพื่อโปรโมทร้านขายอุปกรณ์ทำดนตรีอย่าง pro plugin
เลยเอามาเชื่อมเรื่องกับความฝัน ความฝันของนักดนตรีนักแต่งเพลงก็คือการทำเพลง แต่เราตีความความฝันเป็นอีกอย่างได้ด้วยคือ การนอนหลับฝัน
เชื่อว่าหลายคนคงเคยมีอาการเดียวกันคือ “ฝันเป็นเพลง” (อ้างอิงจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวครับ อิอิ) คือการที่นอนหลับฝัน แล้วได้ยินเพลงที่อยู่ในความฝัน เป็นเพลงที่เพราะมากและไม่เคยได้ยินที่ไหน แน่นอนว่า จริงๆแล้วนั่นคือเพลงที่เกิดจากจินตนาการของเรานั่นเอง แต่พอตื่นมาแล้วมักจะลืมหมด บางทีก็ต้องรีบจดเนื้อ จดโน๊ต หรือร้องเป็นทำนองกดอัดไว้ตอนงัวเงียๆ เลยเอาตบเข้าโปรดักส์ของเค้าได้ แถจริงๆ อิอิ นอกจากนี้ก็เล่นกับความหมายของคำว่าฝันอีกแบบ คือ ความใฝ่ฝัน คือมีความฝันแล้วต้องทำอย่าปล่อยให้มันหลุดลอยหายไป แหม อะไรจะลงตัวขนาดนั้น
ในภาคดนตรี เป็น Shibuya-Kei แบบใช้เสียง 8-Bit Chiptune ล้วนๆ และมีการใช้ไลน์ดนตรีแบบ Jazz (อาทิ การเดินเบส) เข้ามาผสม เอ คุ้นๆ นะ สูตรนี้ ใช่ครับ ๕๕๕ เอา reference มาจาก YMCK วง Neo Shibuya ของญี่ปุ่น แบบจงใจเห็นๆเลย ลองทำดูครั้งแรก ผลออกมาเป็นอย่างที่เห็นเนี่ยแหละครับ
นักร้อง ได้ เอ้ กุลจิรา เพื่อนๆน้องๆนักดนตรีที่ศิลปากรมาช่วย (คุณเอ้ ปกติเป็นนักร้องแจ๊ส) ส่วน MV ก็ถ่ายกันเอง มีคุณ joke ผู้กำกับจาก บ.ป๊าสั่งย่าสอน มาช่วยเรื่องไอเดีย มีคุณอัด วง Afternoon มาช่วยเรื่องโปรดักชั่น ส่วนตัดต่อผมทำเอง ไอเดียง่ายๆ ซิมเปิ้ลๆ เล่นกับ stop motion เปลี่ยนสีเสื้อไปมา ฯลฯ เน้นถึกเอา แล้วก็เอาคนในวงส่วนตัว ( Handicat จาก Panda Record ) มาช่วยเล่นใน MV
อนึ่ง เพลงนี้น่าจะเป็นเพลงแรกๆที่เป็นเสมือนเป็น prototype ของ verycatsound นะครับ เหมือนอัดอั้นอยากทำแนวนี้มานาน มีที่ลงซักที
